Sovini Trade Supplies recently sponsored MDF supplier W Howard in the Football to Amsterdam charity bike ride.

Organised by Prostate Cancer UK, Football to Amsterdam provides an opportunity for cyclists to represent their clubs and take on an amazing challenge covering 145 miles over two days.

Overall the W Howard team raised over £37k for Prostate Cancer UK and the event has raised a total of £482k to date.

Robert Povah, National Account Manager for W Howard, who took part in the difficult ride had this to say:

Prostate Cancer UK provides funding for research to stop prostate cancer.  They invest millions in finding better treatments and tests which can spot cancer earlier and save thousands of lives.
