Sovini Trade Supplies celebrated National Apprentice Week as they swapped the roles of senior managers and apprentices for the day.

 Sovini Trade Supplies gave Fraser Spencer the opportunity to engage in strategic meetings as he swapped roles with Andy Keouski, Warehouse Manager, for the day.

Andy Keouski had this to say:

“We are delighted with Fraser’s contribution since he joined us as an apprenticeship.  We believe in the importance of inspiring all of our apprentices and giving them the autonomy to learn and develop. Fraser has been a great asset to the company since he joined and we believe the support we give to him will allow him to develop and grow his knowledge, experience and skillset.”
