Having worked within the Building Merchants profession for over 30 years, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his current role at The Sovini Group. Working his way up through various roles, Mark has gained insight into the numerous products, and has supplied many different products of all shapes and sizes.

We asked Mark to give us some insight into his role at Sovini Trade Supplies. He said;

“I primarily look after the ongoing sites for Sovini Trade Supplies, and run the material supply across all sites and other divisions within the Sovini Group. This involves the pricing up of materials, with an input on purchasing from suppliers both existing, and sourcing new clients. I also manage the branch sales team, and regularly attend and report on ongoing projects at reoccurring management meetings.”

Mark expressed that there have been numerous personal highlights during his current position. We asked him to share these with us. Mark said;

“Working my way up through various different roles has been a personal highlight for me. Having been successful on many bids has proven my ability for the role. Assisting with cost saving for the company, whilst looking after my team has resulted in my team being as operationally successful as possible for The Group.”
