We run a fully-managed service for Sovini Property Services (SPS), with supply of over 2,000 products for all the works carried out by SPS, including bathrooms, kitchens, day-to-day repairs and central heating.We provide a full van stock offer, deliveries to site for all investment works and sourcing of new products as and when required.Our online Webtrack solution allows the customer to raise their orders online for all pre-planned works.We also offer delivery service for all pre-planned works including bathrooms, kitchens and central heating.To maintain our high levels of service quality, we have regular meetings with the customer to ensure satisfaction with the services provided.Steven Parker, Head of Operations at Sovini Property Services, said: “We have been proud to work in partnership with Sovini Trade Supplies and are inspired by their innovative approach and use of technology to meet their developing business needs.

Carroll Group (Value: £1m)

We have begun to provide Carroll Group with their materials solutions, working closely with them to understand their product requirements.We supply their materials for all One Vision Housing contracts including roofing, windows and doors and day-to-day maintenance, as well as all of Carroll Group’s new build works.Our online WebTrack solution allows the customer to raise their orders online for all pre-planned works.We also offer delivery service for all pre-planned works e.g. roofing.To maintain our high levels of service quality, we have regular meetings with the customer to ensure satisfaction with the services provided.Tom Carroll, Site Manager at Carroll Group, said: “Sovini Trade Supplies have been fantastic delivering our roofing product straight to site with no fuss. M&Y (Value: £44m)

We were approached in 2019 to deliver a 10-year contract worth £44m to provide M&Y with our bespoke proven supply chain solutions, incorporating an innovative approach to technology.

We are providing core materials, van stock management and merchant services in order to meet M&Y’s vision to improve first time fix rates, customer satisfaction and growth; as well as community led initiatives across the North West.

To maintain our high levels of service quality, we have regular meetings with the customer to ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
